Brachioplasty, commonly known as an arm lift, is a surgical procedure designed to reshape and tone the upper arms by removing excess skin and fat. This treatment is ideal for individuals who have experienced significant weight loss or who have sagging skin due to ageing, resulting in a more defined and contoured appearance. Brachioplasty restores the arms' natural shape, providing a smoother and firmer look.

The cost of and arm lift at iQonic Aesthetics starts from £10,250 for bi-lateral procedures.

Benefits

Skin Tightening: Removes loose, sagging skin for a firmer, more youthful appearance.
‍Fat Reduction: Excess fat is removed, improving the shape and contour of the arms.
Improved Confidence: Patients often feel more confident wearing short sleeves or sleeveless clothing after the procedure.
Enhanced Comfort: By removing excess skin, the procedure reduces irritation and discomfort caused by skin rubbing.

What to Expect

Consultation: During your consultation at iQonic, our expert surgeons will assess your arms and discuss your aesthetic goals. Using Adoreal’s advanced Silhouette tool, we will create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Procedure: Brachioplasty is performed under general anaesthesia and lasts between 1 to 3 hours, depending on the extent of the treatment. The surgeon will make incisions along the underside of the arms to remove excess skin and fat, and then tighten the remaining tissue to create a more toned appearance.
Surgery day: On the day of your surgery, our dedicated team will ensure you are comfortable and fully prepared. After the procedure, you’ll be monitored in our recovery area before being discharged with detailed aftercare instructions.
Recovery: Recovery from brachioplasty takes around 2 to 3 weeks. You’ll need to wear a compression garment to support healing and reduce swelling. Most patients can return to light activities within a week, with full recovery taking around 4 to 6 weeks. Follow-up appointments at iQonic will ensure you’re healing properly, and our team will provide ongoing support throughout your recovery process.

I had the MIA procedure with Adrian at the end of August and it has changed my life! Hardly any pain or recovery post op which was really important to me with two young children.
